1This website is operated by Reptiles Store. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Reptiles Store. Reptiles Store offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

If you place an animal order with us, we will be contacting you by email and/or phone to schedule your shipment within 1 – 2 (business) days of you placing the order. Please be patient with us as we get to your order.


We ship all orders via FedEx, USPS, and other delivery services with Ship Your Reptiles. Shipping charges are $150 for all orders. All shipping supplies are included in the shipping cost. We follow SYR guidelines and are currently only shipping Tuesday and Wednesday. No orders will be shipped without confirmation and proper scheduling. We check the weather on Sundays for the following week to make sure all shipments are safe. Shipping is weather dependent and proper weather conditions of a daytime high below 85F for home deliveries and below 90F for hub pickups as well as a night time low above 40F.


We guarantee that our animals will arrive alive and healthy. With that being said, we require that there is someone home at the time of arrival and that the temperature is within 40F-90F. We will mutually agree on a shipping date before any animals are shipped to ensure availability and temperatures on both ends. Please understand that we will not ship an animal before speaking to the person who placed the order and verifying that the shipping weather is adequate. If the weather is out of our shipping guidelines we will not ship and put our animals in danger. It is the customers responsibility to understand these guidelines before placing an order with us. We will send your order to the shipping address you provide with your order. If this address is incorrect and the shipment is delayed, the live arrival guarantee is voided. If you need your order shipped to an address other than the shipping address provided on your invoice, please make sure you make that clear when we email you to schedule your shipment.


In the rare case you receive an animal that had perished during shipment, Reptiles Store must be contacted via email or Live Chat within 1 hour of the shipment being delivered, no exceptions. Photographic proof will be required in all cases. Compensation will be issued in the form of either a comparable replacement animal, or store credit. Cash refunds will not be given under any circumstances.


Geckos dropping their tail is a completely natural process, and does not harm or devalue the animal at all. Because of this, we do not offer a guarantee on gecko tails during shipping. Tail drops during shipping are very rare, but can happen.


Any animal listed for sale on our website as definitively male or female are guaranteed to be said sex. Should you receive an animal that was sold to you as a guaranteed sex, and it turns out to be the opposite, we must be notified as soon as the error is realized. The original must then be returned to us, following our safe shipping guidelines at your expense. We will inspect the animal and a comparable replacement will then be sent to you at our expense, or store credit given at our discretion. Young animals may be listed as probable male or female, these animals are often showing a bulge/pores (or not if female) and are listed as their probable sex. These animals are not guaranteed as defined above.

We do pore sex our geckos upon request, however no guarantees can be made on probable male or female animals. There’s always a chance things can change so purchasing is at your own risk on pore sexed probable animals.


We try our best to note geckos with dalmatian spots as we know this is an issue for some customers. Sometimes spots may not be seen and noted by us depending on their location. We do not offer refunds or returns of geckos with unseen spots.


Any available animal(s) may be placed on a 10-Day hold (unless otherwise agreed upon date). Upon receipt of a 25% non-refundable deposit of the total (including shipping charges).

The remaining balance must be paid in full by 11:59 PM EST on the 30th day (or day agreed on by both us and you). We do not set up scheduled payment plans. You may pay as much as you like, as often or infrequently as you like, as long as the total balance is satisfied by the end of the hold period.

If the total balance is not satisfied by 11:59 pm EST on the 30th day, the animal(s) will be removed from the hold status, and placed back for sale. All monies collected toward the purchase of the animal(s) (minus the 25% non-refundable deposit fee) will be refunded minus any fees we paid. The 25% non-refundable deposit will be retained by Sostic Reptiles. Payment plans are offered as a courtesy and convenience to the buyer. The 25% non-refundable deposit covers the cost of care for the animal(s) while on hold and accounts for the loss of income suffered by Reptiles Store by turning down the potential sale of the animal, while it was being kept on hold. Buyers who place an animal(s) on hold, and do not satisfy the balance by the due date, will not be eligible to make purchases using a payment plan with Reptiles Store in the future.

In the unlikely event that the hold animal falls ill or otherwise becomes unsuitable for purchase during the duration of the hold period, the buyer will be notified immediately, the gecko will be removed from the “Hold” status, and all monies collected, including the 25% deposit, will be refunded.

No compensation will be offered in the event that tail loss occurs at any point after purchase/deposit.


Local pickups can sometimes be arranged on a case by case basis, but cannot be guaranteed. Please contact us via email to arrange a local pickup in the Manitowoc, WI area.


We ask that all orders be scheduled for shipment within 03 days of the date of purchase. While we are happy and more than willing to hold on to Reptiles ordered for a number of reasons, (shipping not available due to weather or plans to add more reptiles to an order for example) reptiles that spend more than 1 month with us without a shipment being scheduled will be considered abandoned. These geckos will once again become the property of Reptiles Store, and NO REFUNDS (neither cash or store credit) will be given. Obviously exceptions will be made for extreme weather circumstances if shipping cannot be accomplished.


We are happy to ship your reptiles to a qualified exporter anywhere in the world. You as the customer are responsible for finding and paying for any fees or shipping charges that may occur in the process. Our live arrival guarantee is only valid from us to your exporter as once they open our package and remove the animal it’s out of our control. Reptiles for export must be scheduled to ship in 90 days or less from time of purchase. We ask that you do not purchase if you are unsure of an export date or it is more than 90 days in the future.


All live animal purchases are final. By placing an order on our website, you are agreeing to our policy that all sales are final. No refunds will be given under any circumstances. Please be certain you are serious about your order before placing it! Animal orders cannot be canceled/refunded unless otherwise agreed upon. In the instance that we decide a refund is applicable, a 25% cancellation fee will be charged. We cannot hold orders only for people to cancel and lose out on other potential customers.

Shirts and stickers are not returnable or refundable due to their custom nature. However if you have an issue with your order please contact us.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
